My story began in Dublin, Ireland, when in 2005, I realised my dream of starting a physiotherapy clinic. From humble beginnings and with my husband Simon's support, Mount Merrion Physiotherapy & Health became a centre of excellence in physiotherapy and related healthcare services.

My team and I looked after our community for 16 years before we relocated to Australia in 2021, where I continue to help those who want to feel, move and live better.

I now strive to offer the highest standard of musculoskeletal physiotherapy to Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast communities from my clinic at 24-26 Gloucester Road, Buderim, Queensland, just next to the beautiful Manawee Garden Centre.

I treat all pain conditions and specialise in the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders as well as complex Neck Pain and related Headaches

My unique Functional Integrated Physiotherapy approach combines the best, most effective and scientifically validated techniques derived from manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, medical acupuncture, electrotherapeutics and biopsychosocial strategies.

Do you have a stiff, sore or clicky jaw making it difficult to eat or speak?

Do you have neck pain and headaches ?

I will help you reduce your pain as well as restore movement, strength and physical function so you can enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle.

My reputation for achieving excellent results with an integrated physiotherapy approach is supported by client feedback, testimonials and clinical audit.

I look forward to welcoming you. Please call my reception on 07 3532 8605 for an appointment.
