Your consultation will be with a highly qualified Chartered Physiotherapist. Our integrated approach offers each client a range of clinically effective treatment techniques applied for a speedy recovery.
Understand what it means to see a 'Chartered Physiotherapist'
Your treatment session will include a thorough assessment, diagnosis and tailored treatment plan.
First Class Diagnosis
We will talk you through our thorough assessment process ensuring you have a clear understanding of your condition; how and why it developed and what we are going to do to make it better in as quick a time as possible.
Your treatment options may include a combination of manual therapy, medical acupuncture, laser therapy and therapeutic exercise.
Manual Therapy
A range of specialist ‘hands on’ manual therapy techniques restoring mobility and function in the joints, nerves and muscles.
Medical Acupuncture & Dry Needling
If you are new to acupuncture, the technique and its benefits will be explained thoroughly to you. If needles aren't your thing - no problem, we'll get you better with other techniques.
What medical acupuncture can do:
Speeding up the recovery process by rapidly easing muscle tension and delivering safe, effective pain relief when you need it most. Acupuncture is often offered as a stand-alone treatment in some clinics but in our practice we offer this highly effective technique as one part of our integrated approach.
For further information please see our recent acupuncture related posts.
Low-Level Laser Therapy
Through a process called photo-biostimulation this light-emitting laser therapy promotes cellular function, reduces pain and positively influences a number of musculoskeletal conditions.
Some of the benefits include:
- Pain relief
- Decreases muscle spasm
- Increases cell regeneration, healing and repair
- Decreases inflammation

Therapeutic Exercise
Simple and effective programmes designed for home practise aimed at improving strength and stability. Exercises are individually tailored and prescribed purposefully for your condition. We'll show you the most effcient and effective way to move for your individual needs.
We offer specialised group exercise classes based on the Pilates system, led by our Chartered Physiotherapists, ideal for individuals managing pain and or trying to restore movement function following injury.
Team Work - Complex Case Discussions
The body is a very complex system and often is the case that obvious symptoms are not pointing to the root of the problem. On a weekly basis our team get together to discuss the complex cases currently being treated in our clinic.
Shoe Insoles / Orthotics
We also offer prescription and custom-made orthotic devices and biomechanical assessments. Visit our footwear clinic.
